About NextGen Trades Academy

We are developing a practical HVAC training school in the Milwaukee area. Our focus is supportive instruction for adult learners and career changers who want to build skills through demonstrations, supervised practice and time for questions.

A place to build confidence

Our founder’s path from learning HVAC to owning an HVAC business inspired this school. We want students to have a place to practice, make progress and ask questions without feeling rushed.

Learning that fits the individual

Our planned formats include small Saturday groups of 8–10 learners and weekday one-on-one sessions. Each learner will have a record of completed work, verified hours, practical skills and remaining course requirements.

Preparing to open

We are preparing the learning space and curriculum. Start dates, tuition, admission requirements and final schedules will be confirmed before enrollment opens. Program certification and apprenticeship partnerships are future development goals.
